Shri Satyajit Das

He was born in an agricultural family on September 18, 1984 in Chankap village, Dhalai District. He did his initial schooling from 82 Mile S.B. School and later on from the Jawahar Nabodaya Vidyalaya, Dhalai Tripura and Ramchandraghat, Khowai. He passed B.A(Law) LLB(Hons.) in the year 2009 from Tripura Government Law College, Agartala under Tripura University. Enrolled as an advocate on 06.04.2010 and mainly practised in the Magistrate Courts and District Court, West Tripura, Agartala in the Criminal side. Also appeared as counsel in various Arbitration Matters before the arbitrator. He joined Tripura Judicial Service on 02.06.2014. His first place of posting was at Agartala as Judicial Magistrate First Class-cum-Civil Judge(Jr. Div.), Court No. 5. He is currently posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge(Sr. Div.) at Ambassa, Dhalai Judicial District.
